Our delivery service on the UK mainland is via Royal Mail second class recorded service
Please Note*, We cannot accept liability for late delivery by Royal Mail nor any consequential loss due to delay or loss of parcels.
Damaged or unused, unwanted goods may be returned for exchange or full refund.
Unused or unwanted goods may be returned within 14 days for an exchange or refund excluding postage. (This is flexible days over holiday periods to allow for unwanted gifts)
Aloeclear offers a full and unconditional guarantee for its products. Should you be unhappy in any way with our products you may return them for a full refund to your place of purchase, excluding postage.
If you purchased from us please notify us prior to returning and then, once authorised, we will tell you how best to return the goods to us.
Aloeclear.co.uk only accepts returns purchased through our authorised website.
If you opt for a works address delivery, you agree that the person who will sign for the goods acts as your agent and is this is at your liability. Once signed for they are classed as delivered as requested. Goods which are delivered by special request ie. “leave parcel with neighbour” are also at your own risk.
If goods are damaged on arrival it is essential that you contact us within 7 days of receipt.
All orders are inclusive of all UK taxes. If you are an international customer, it is your responsibility to pay any extra taxes due on delivery of the goods. We will not accept responsibility for any action taken by customs in your country. All international deliveries include a customs sticker notifying customs of the goods contained within the package. This is a customs declaration, requirement in the UK.
